Transition Coach
If you are grieving a loss, searching for the right job, trying to navigate a dual-career family with young children, preparing for retirement, rebuilding a better life post-divorce, looking to find a partner and/or start a family, or any other life transition—as your coach, I will help you navigate these situations with ease, grace, and humor. We will identify your destination, and chart a path to get you there.
Career Coach
Clients typically seek career coaching when they are in one of two situations: 1) They know exactly what they want to do but are having a tough time getting there; 2) They don’t know where they want to be (yet), but know they can no longer stay where they are. As your coach, I will help you conceive, plan, and build the career and life you want to have.
Personal Coach
As a baby, we had parents and caretakers to guide us. As we age, we have teachers, clergy, athletic coaches, and others to turn to, and sometimes we hire therapists. As your personal coach, I will be another source to help you with your development. We will work together to help you make choices more aligned with your values when you feel you have strayed from your path.
